The Board of Directors of Asia Enterprises Holding Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that Mr Chew Kok Liang was appointed as Secretary of the Company with effect from 8 May 2008 in place of Ms Low Mei Mei, Maureen who resigned as Company Secretary on the same date.
The Board of Directors wishes to thank Ms Low Mei Mei, Maureen for her past services to the Company.
